Rules of the International Tournament of Pau Nord-Est
US Pau Nord-Est organizes April
14th, 15th and 16th 2006 its 5th
Tournament International concerning
boys and girls born in 1992-
1991, photocopy of the obligatory
licences or indentity card to present
Friday evening during the briefing
of before tournament
1 - The 8 committed boys and girls teams will dispute
a turn of classification by group of 4.
2 - All the meetings are played in 2 X 10 mn
(except for the Final in 2 X 12 mn) with
application of the international rules to the
only exception of the 4 eliminatory faults
and only one extra-time by 3 minutes if
equality and 5 shootings of free-throws, if
necessary, tried by the players present on
the ground at the end of this extra-time.
3 - During the final the international rules
will be applied in its entirety.
4 - In the event of equality in the groups of
classification, the classification will be
done with the particular goal average and
in the event of equality between 3, it will
be done with the quotient average.
5 - The teams are personalised during all
the period of the tournament by the 12
players registered at the time of the 1st
match.
6 - Each team has will have to designate a
person in charge and to provide itself with
two sets of shirts with different colours.
7 - In the event of litigation on the choice of
the team bench, it will be carried out a drawing
of lots.
8 - US Pau Nord-Est declines any responsibility
for the disasters (losses, flights) and
the wounds has which could intervene at
the time of the matches of this tournament.
An Ethics committee made up of three
members will slice as well as possible, in
the spirit of the rules all the litigations
occurring during this tournament. It is
about : Mr. Michael FROGER (President of
the organization) or his assistant Mr. Jean
Paul BUCAU.
Mr. Guilhem MASSIP (responsible for the
referees on the tournament) or his assistant
Mr. Jean-Charles ROMAN.
The fact, for a club, to take part in
this tournament, implies the acceptance
of this rule.
